- Participate in planning processes such as business planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly estimates
- Take part in group-level business review meetings (budget, forecast, and other decision forums), proactively drawing conclusions and proposing actions based on data and insights
- Be involved in M&A activities, including relevant due diligence workstreams, onboarding of acquisitions into the business control process, and tracking performance against value creation plans
Your background
- MSc or BSc degree, combined with at least five years of relevant experience in FP&A or business controlling, ideally including experience from a Big Four firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and communicate key insights clearly
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong systems experience, including group consolidation systems (e.g., Aaro), BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
We believe the ideal candidate has a genuine interest in business and a strong desire to contribute to an ambitious private equity growth journey. You are energetic, motivated, and thrive in a team environment, while also being comfortable taking initiative and working independently. Foxway is currently in a growth phase, with new functions being established and the organization taking shape. Given this, the company encourages employees to spend at least four days per week in the office.
