Senior Consolidation Specialist

We are recruiting a Senior Consolidation Specialist to build this function from the ground up, working closely with the Consolidation & Statutory Reporting Manager. This is a rare chance to step in early, take full ownership, and shape the company’s financial framework in close partnership with the CFO organization and local finance teams across the Nordics.
Your challange
- Lead the Group consolidation and closing process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and compile interim and annual reports in line with regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide clear, transparent reporting at Group level to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial processes, policies, and internal controls that strengthen governance and compliance.
- Support subsidiaries with accounting and financial matters, acting as a reliable partner across the Group.
- Manage accounting and reporting aspects related to acquisitions, including purchase price allocation and integration into the Group’s reporting framework.
- Establish and oversee a solid structure for internal control, ensuring audit-readiness and consistency across entities.
Your background
- MSc or BSc with solid expertise in IFRS, group accounting, consolidation, and internal controls.
- Proven experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in an international or acquisition-driven setting, combining a hands-on mindset with strategic oversight.
- Background in audit or advisory is a merit, as well as hands-on experience with acquisition analyses and transaction accounting.
- Proactive and curious mindset, unafraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions when needed.
- Collaborative, social, and humble team player with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working with ERP and consolidation systems; experience with Aaro is a plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
