1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE

Denna policy beskriver hur Endurio AB (fortsättningsvis ”Endurio” eller ”vi”), som personuppgiftsansvarig, behandlar
personal data linked to customers (potential and existing), suppliers, and candidates.

Endurio strävar efter att i alla våra kontakter, kunder såväl som nuvarande nätverk och potentiella kandidater, värna om individens integritet vad gäller hur Endurios medarbetare hanterar, lagrar och skyddar personuppgifter.

I denna policy förklaras det hur och varför Endurio samlar in och hanterar personuppgifter rörande sina potentiella och befintliga kunder, leverantörer och kandidater (fortsättningsvis hänvisas personerna vars personuppgifter behandlas enligt denna policy även till som ”du”, ”dig” och ”ni”). Den beskriver också dina rättigheter gentemot Endurio och hur du kan göra dina rättigheter gällande.

WHAT DOES THE TERM PERSONAL DATA COVER?

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living individual. Examples include names, contact information, social security numbers, photos, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses. In addition to the above examples, information that can identify you as a professional is also personal data. This means that your professional experience, titles, companies where you work or have worked, board assignments, membership in professional organizations, education, grades from education and work, as well as languages and other skills (in short, your CV) are also personal data.

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. General

Denna policy gäller för alla personuppgifter som behandlas av Endurio och som är hänförliga till Endurios potentiella och
existing customers/clients, suppliers (or their contact persons) or candidates. In all of these relationships
kommer Endurio att inhämta, registrera, lagra, organisera, bearbeta, sammanställa, använda, presentera, radera eller på andra sätt behandla personliga (inklusive professionella) uppgifter. Du som läsare av denna policy behöver endast läsa den del av detta avsnitt 2 som hänvisar till den kategori som du tillhör.

2.2. Customers

2.2.1. Potential customers

Endurio samlar in (från publika källor, genom delning/registrering av uppgifter på hemsidan, uppgifter från hemsidan eller genom rekommendationer från personer i vårt nätverk) och lagrar personuppgifter om dig, som kontaktperson eller nyckelperson för ditt företag eller annan typ av organisation. Vi samlar in personuppgifter om dig i form av ditt namn, din titel/position inom företaget/organisationen samt dina kontaktuppgifter, och registrerar dessa uppgifter i våra interna system. Dessa uppgifter samlar vi in för att kunna informera dig om, erbjuda och marknadsföra Endurio och Endurios tjänster. Vår grund för denna behandling av dina personuppgifter är att vi efter en intresseavvägning kommit fram till att behandlingen framstår som berättigad för att Endurio ska kunna marknadsföra sina tjänster.

2.2.2. Existing customers

Om ni väljer att anlita Endurio för utförande av någon av de tjänster som Endurio erbjuder kommer vi att behandla ditt namn, din titel/position inom företaget/organisationen, dina kontaktuppgifter samt eventuella ytterligare personuppgifter (som vi samlar in i samband med ingåendet av avtalet), i den omfattning vi behöver för att kunna fullfölja tjänsteavtalet. Denna behandling baseras på att vi efter en intresseavvägning kommit framtill att den är berättigad för att Endurio ska kunna leva upp till sina skyldigheter i leverans av efterfrågade tjänster samt utnyttja sina rättigheter enligt avtalet.

2.2.3. Common characteristics of potential and existing customers

Dina personuppgifter kommer att behandlas internt inom Endurio vilket innebär behandling inom Policy och lag även för bolag i koncernen och endast om de har egna ändamål. Vidare kommer dina personuppgifter att behandlas av våra IT- leverantörer/personuppgiftsbiträden som tillhandahåller våra databaser och IT-tjänster. Med dessa kommer vi att ingå personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal och de kommer att vara bundna att behandla personuppgifterna enligt GDPR.

Our processing of your personal data will cease if you have objected to our processing and we have not identified
any support to continue it or when our purpose for processing your personal data ceases.

2.3. Suppliers

Endurio införskaffar och lagrar personliga uppgifter om dig, som kontaktperson för ditt företag eller annan typ av organisation.
Endurio samlar in och lagrar personuppgifterna eftersom vi behöver dem för genomförandet av avtalet med det bolag eller den
organisation som du tillhör. Behandlingen baseras på att Endurio efter en intresseavvägning kommit fram till att den är berättigad för att Endurio ska kunna leva upp till sina skyldigheter samt utnyttja sina rättigheter enligt leverantörsavtalet.

Our processing of your personal data will cease when our purpose for processing it ceases.

2.4. Candidates & Networks

2.4.1. Who are the candidates?

Kandidater är personer vars personuppgifter behandlas av Endurio eftersom kandidaten kan vara intressant för pågående
rekryteringar och framtida rekryteringar som Endurio hanterar på uppdrag av sina kunder. Med rekrytering omfattas följande:
executive search, candidate network, referral recruitment, and interim recruitment.

2.4.2. Collection of your personal data

Your personal data may come directly from you (by submitting or registering your CV via the link on our website,
intresseanmälan för en roll via hemsidan eller direkt till en anställd på Endurio eller på annat sätt tar kontakt med oss) eller genom att vi på annat sätt samlar in personuppgifter om dig (via andra Endurios-bolag, personer i vårt nätverk eller via allmänt
available channels such as social media or company and other websites).

When we collect personal data from sources other than directly from you, we will only collect and record such data
personal data relevant to the assessment of your suitability for a current position and potential future positions. The relevance of the data is assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the customer's requirements and preferences. Personal data that is
classified as sensitive will only be processed after obtaining your specific consent regarding such
treatment.

2.4.3. Basis for our processing of your data

In cases where our processing of your personal data begins with you sending us your data yourself, or we receive your

In connection with this balancing of interests, we have assessed that we have a legitimate interest in processing personal data in order to carry out our recruitment assignment in a satisfactory manner and to be able to present several suitable candidates. The personal data collected from other sources before we have been in contact with you will be limited and only intended to create an overview of your suitability for the position in question, and this data can be deleted at any time upon request.

2.4.4. Scope of our processing and access to your data

The longer your name remains in a recruitment process, the more we will refine and deepen our knowledge of you and ensure your qualifications for the current position and future positions as part of our long-term career network.

We do this, for example, through: (i) telephone and in-person interviews (both with you and any references) which we then summarize; and (ii) surveys of your education, qualifications, and personal characteristics in relation to
the client's requirements profile, as well as your personal thoughts on what you find interesting and what future challenges you are looking for in your career. We will then obtain in-depth references about your performance and your way of working, which we will also summarise. Information from interviews, references and tests is only stored for as long as it is relevant to the specific recruitment process to which it relates, with general information shared regarding long-term career prospects being stored for longer.

Please note that information about contacting us, participation, and interest in roles is saved in order to provide the best possible relevant
future contact with us as a career partner.

Utöver att dina personuppgifter behandlas av Endurios anställda som behöver ha tillgång till dem för att kunna fullgöra vårt
assignment/purpose for the customer and for you as a candidate, and that your personal data will be sent to our customers (as described
above), your personal data will only be processed by our IT suppliers/personal data processors who provide
our databases unless you have given us specific consent to process your personal data in another way. We will enter into
personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal med våra IT- leverantörer och de kommer att vara bundna av att behandla personuppgifterna enligt GDPR. Vidare kan dina personuppgifter komma att spridas till andra bolag inom Endurio-koncernen, ifall vi bedömer att din profil är intressant för rekryteringsprocesser som genomförs av sådana andra Endurio-bolag.

2.4.5. Continued processing of your data

Provided that you have given your consent, we will retain your personal data in our internal systems even after
completed recruitment process in our capacity as career partner and network. This is so that we can evaluate and contact you as a candidate for future recruitment assignments that match your profile. However, we will delete any personal data that we deem to be specific to the previous customer and that we therefore have no reason to retain, as mentioned above. Your personal data will remain until you withdraw your consent or our purpose for processing it otherwise ceases. In addition to this, personal data that we deem to have become outdated, and therefore will not be relevant in future recruitment processes, will be deleted over time.

If you are not interested in remaining in contact with us for career purposes, you must notify us that your consent is terminated after contact. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as you cease to be a candidate (either because you are awarded the position in question, or because we and the client move on to other candidates) and there is no other reason for us to retain your personal data (e.g. to protect ourselves against claims).

3. PROCESSING BASED ON CONSENT

With regard to the processing of your personal data based on consent, you may notify us at any time that your consent is withdrawn.

consent ceases and can reliably and securely verify your identity, we will delete all your personal data to which the withdrawal relates.

4. INFORMATION SECURITY

Endurio vidtar lämpliga tekniska och organisatoriska åtgärder för att skydda personuppgifter mot oavsiktlig eller olaglig
destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of
information in a network, and against any other unlawful form of processing. The security measures taken to protect
personuppgifter kommer att stå i proportion till risken för skada medtanke på de skyddade uppgifternas typ. Vi har hög säkerhet på våra arbetsverktyg och system samt har en etablerad IT-policy för alla anställda att följa för att säkerställa trygg behandling och korrekta åtgärder vid eventuellt fel (såsom förlust av arbetsverktyg).

5. YOUR RIGHTS

5.1. Right to access your personal data

By reliably and securely verifying your identity, you can request a copy of your data and check that
the information is correct.

5.2. Right to rectification

You have the right to correct incorrect information about yourself or to supplement incomplete information.

5.3. Right to be deleted/forgotten

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if it is no longer necessary for our purpose behind the processing.
and we have no obligation to retain the data to any extent.

5.4. Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if: (i) you believe that a piece of personal data is incorrect and we need some time to verify this (in which case the restriction will apply while the verification is taking place); (ii) the processing lacks a legal basis or is no longer necessary for our purposes, but you do not want your personal data to be deleted; or (iii) you have objected to the processing and we need some time to carry out the verification referred to in the next paragraph.

5.5. Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data based solely on a “balancing of interests.” In
such objections, you must state the reason for the objection and we will check your reasons after the objection has been made.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable law, we ask that you first contact us using one of the addresses listed above, but you also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the Data Inspection Board/future Privacy Protection Authority.
